葉慈 (William Butler Yeats, 1886 - 1939),愛爾蘭詩人,1932年諾貝爾文學講得主.
出生於都柏林Dublin,成長於母親望族家鄉,愛爾蘭西部斯萊果Sligo.
一生大半時間投注於維護發揚Celtic Culture凱耳特文化,Gaelic Irish Language母語蓋耳語;憑藉他自幼起不斷來往生活成長於三地: 都柏林, 倫敦, 斯萊果Sligo,培養修煉出精準優雅之雙語,為愛爾蘭文學首開紀錄締造宏達基礎.
